Refund & Returns Policy

At The Orelis, we stand behind the quality of our premium wellness solutions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns Window In accordance with local regulations and our quality guarantee, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process & Address To start a return, you must contact us at support@theorelis.com. If your return is accepted, you will be required to ship the product to our headquarters in Poland. Items sent back without prior notification may face delays in processing.

4. Return Shipping Costs Please note that while we offer free shipping on all outgoing orders, the customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing Time Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

6. Damaged or Faulty Products (Customer Complaint) Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@theorelis.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if there is any discrepancy with your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following in your email:

• Your Order Number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos or a short video showing the defect or damage

Once we receive this information, we will review your case and make it right through a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
