At The Orelis, we aim to get your wellness and beauty essentials to you as quickly and reliably as possible. We pride ourselves on transparency and efficiency in our delivery process.
Order Processing Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). You will receive an automated email notification with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our Kraków facility.
Delivery Time For our customers in Poland, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery times can vary slightly depending on your specific location, local postal peak seasons, or unforeseen delays such as extreme weather events.
Shipping Costs To provide a premium and seamless experience, we offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders across Poland. There are no hidden fees or additional costs added at checkout.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your package’s journey through our "Track Your Order" page or directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Domestic Orders) The Orelis currently focuses exclusively on the Polish domestic market. All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes (VAT). There are no additional customs fees for orders delivered within Poland.
Missing or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at support@theorelis.com. We will work closely with the carrier to locate your order or provide a resolution immediately.
