SHIPPING

FREE DELIVERY TO AUSTRALIA

Every order ships free to Australian addresses, with no minimum spend.

WHERE ORDERS SHIP FROM

We run The Orelis from Kraków, and orders ship directly to you from our suppliers' warehouses overseas. An order with several items may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) and then take 5–11 business days to arrive. Most orders arrive within 6–14 business days in total.

TRACKING

We email your tracking number(s) when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally vary with the carrier.

PRICES, DUTIES AND TAXES

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). For orders up to A$1,000, the price at checkout is the full price: nothing extra is collected on delivery. Some banks add their own fee for overseas card payments. For orders over A$1,000, import duty and GST may be charged on arrival, so please contact us before ordering.

LATE OR MISSING PARCELS

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, or tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, email support@theorelis.com. We'll follow it up with the carrier, and if it still hasn't arrived 5 business days later, we'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
