We offer this website, including all related information, tools, and services to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, colors or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen. We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased by you will meet your expectations.

The Orelis reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. For all orders within our domestic Polish market, the prices displayed on the website are inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT) and Free Insured Shipping. There are no additional shipping fees or hidden costs added at checkout. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase and account information for all transactions made at our store.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. Title and risk of loss passes to you once we transfer products to the carrier.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all brands, text, images, graphics, and video, are owned by The Orelis and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor have any control over. Any use by you of optional tools is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Orelis is powered by Shopify. However, any purchases you make are made directly with The Orelis. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and us.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.

SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 25 – REFUNDS AND RETURNS
At The Orelis, we stand behind the quality of our premium wellness solutions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you must contact us at support@theorelis.com. If your return is accepted, you will be required to ship the product to our headquarters in Poland. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.

SECTION 26 – CUSTOMER COMPLAINT / FAULTY PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@theorelis.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if there is any discrepancy with your order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include the following in your email:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos or a short video showing the defect or damage

Once we receive this information, we will review your case and make it right through a replacement or refund.
