Yes, the glass cover gets hot once the candle is lit, so lift it only after it has cooled.
No. The incense, the dish and the books in the photos are not included. The base takes a standard tealight in its centre.
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything, for any reason. Items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

Please email support@theorelis.com before sending anything back. Depending on the item, we will either refund you without needing it back, or send you the return address and a return reference. Items under A$40 never need to be sent back.
